Report on Shiplake Arts and Crafts 2016
The Shiplake Arts and Crafts group would like to thank everyone who came to support us during the Henley Arts Trail Bank Holiday weekend. We had an extremely successful event and will be looking forward to a repeat performance on the next first Bank Holiday weekend in May 2017.
The photos show Pam Phillips, the former Mayor of Henley with organiser Sheila Ferris and two ladies from the Shiplake WI, who, amongst others, very kindly served refreshments during the weekend.
Can we also thank everyone who gave so generously to our two chosen charities . Over £700 will be donated between Decibels ( a charity to help disadvantaged people of all ages with therapy through music) and The Alzheimer's Society.
Sheila Ferris.
