Footpath/Hedge Bolney Road

For the couple who took it upon themselves on Sunday, 1st November to cut my part of this hedge with a hedge trimmer, without the courtesy of speaking to me first, Please Note.   The person who I spoke to in June and July 2025 at Oxfordshire Country Council with regard to this hedge was Mr James Bradford, Country Access Officer S.E., County Hall, Oxford.  He agreed with me, that by leaving the overhang of branches along the path, this was a good deterrent to stop cyclists using it, as it is quite narrow, and there are No Cycling signs at both ends of the path.  I would add that I do pay to have this hedge trimmed annually.
